The Clinic
Located in the Lake Merritt district of Oakland, Strategic Bodywork has been relieving clients of aches and pains since 2010. We are on the second floor and our building is dedicated to health and wellness, with chiropractors and acupuncturists on the first floor.
Our Philosophy
Many people have had the experience of a "nice" massage that made them feel better in the moment, but the next day it feels as though nothing has changed. The solution to a lasting effect is understanding where muscular disfuction and pain originates, and working with the problem, not just the symptoms. One of the guiding principles behind Strategic Bodywork, is that we design a custom treatment plan with you and for you.
