What kind of pressure can I expect to receive?
My pressure ranges from medium to deep, but is entirely determined by the wants and needs of whoever is on my table. I enjoy doing firm bodywork with intentional strokes that move through the soft tissues without threat.
What modalities do you use the most?
I practice Myofascial, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Neuromuscular Therapy, and my bodywork often expresses itself as a blend of all of these techniques.
What got you into bodywork?
As a lifelong anatomy nerd, my curiosities eventually led me to massage. I began practicing massage in 2013 to satiate my curiosities, and found my own personal peace in helping people around me understand their bodies.
What other elements of your life do you bring to your bodywork?
I'm an avid reader and a gardener. Reading books, tending to plants, and practicing massage all require the same grounding and attentiveness. Whether it be with my eyes, ears, or hands, the ability to listen & observe are the best tools in my practice.
