What kind of pressure can I expect to receive?

I always adapt my range of pressure to the clients requests and needs. However I most often work with moderate to deep pressure.

What modalities do you use the most?

My sessions are based on deep tissue and Myofascial Release, but I also bring into the session my knowledge of Feldenkrais, Acupressure, stretching and Cranio-sacral.

What got you into bodywork?

My passion for helping and healing brought me to bodywork. In my thirties I went through several years of pain in the right side of my upper body that ended in developing frozen shoulder. That experience of healing taught me a lot and took my practice at a higher level. I have been practicing bodywork for more than 20 years, but I still approach every session with the same curiosity and hunger to help. My clinical approach is based on observing the misalignments of the client's body and "listening" to the tissues.

What other elements of your life do you bring to your bodywork?

I am known among family as friends as being a good listener. The listening of what the client is telling me, the observation of asymmetries and the "listening" of their tissues is what helps me to determine the best therapeutic approach for the client.
