What kind of pressure can I expect to receive?
My pressure ranges from medium, firm to deep tissue. Pressure applied during sessions are informed by client’s preference and connection to breath.
What modalities do you use the most?
I practice Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Lomi Lomi, Trigger Point Therapy and Prenatal massage. Sessions are tailored to clients goals. My style as a bodyworker is focused on attunement and client collaboration to support relieving chronic pain patterns. In sessions, I work together with clients to connect them to a greater sense of ease, relief, and freedom in their bodies.
What got you into bodywork?
I discovered bodywork while I was living in Hawaii in 2017 and got trained in trauma-informed somatic bodywork to offer safe, therapeutic touch. I was called to this work as a QTBIPOC identifying person to hold space for folks of varied identities and lived experiences.
What other elements of your life do you bring to your bodywork?
I’m an artist, dancer, deep listener, and earth tender. My passion to provide support for others in their bodies is informed by practices that restore, nurture, and connect me to feeling more peace and freedom for myself and the folks I hold space for on my table.
